There IS a "move-over law" in Delaware.  When passing an emergency vehicle on the shoulder of a roadway the following applies:" "...requires drivers to reduce speed and vacate lane closest to
stationary emergency vehicles. (1) Proceed with caution and yield the right-of-way by making a lane change into a lane not adjacent to that of the authorized emergency vehicle, if possible with due regard to safety and traffic conditions, if on a roadway having at least 4 lanes with not less than 2 lanes proceeding in the same direction as the approaching vehicle; or,

(2) Proceed with caution and reduce the speed of the vehicle to a safe speed while passing the stationary authorized emergency vehicle, if changing lanes would be impossible or unsafe.

Before making a turn within a business district, what is the minimum number of feet you must signal in advance? You are required to signal your intention to turn right or left at least 300 feet in advance of your vehicle making a turn.
