NEWS TO USE
DISTRACTED DRIVING

- On average, a driver makes 200 decisions for every mile driven.

- A driver, 20 years of age or younger, when talking on a cell phone has the same reaction time as a 70 year old.

- Distractions are the #1 cause for all automobile crashes.

- We see with our brain, not with our eyes. A brain "sees" what it is thinking about, not what the eyes are focused on.

- When driving, think about driving.
In the US five people an hour, or one every 12 minutes die in motor vehicle crashes.
